Hinman has developed blast-mitigating design solutions for dozens of new construction projects for government entities and corporations; has collaborated on design retrofits that preserve historic landmarks; and has conducted hundreds of structural damage vulnerability assessments for clients in both the public and private sectors. In addition, Hinman has assisted governments, quasi-governmental organizations, and corporations to develop defensive design standards for their facilities and operations.
