Hollice Stone is the Lead Engineer overseeing Hinman’s Antiterrorism/Force Protection (ATFP) practice. Stone provides vulnerability assessments and design guidance for new and existing buildings to meet current U.S. military standards for explosive weapons threats. She is comprehensively experienced in evaluating window systems and mitigating their hazards to meet current the ISC Security Design Criteria for buildings deemed vulnerable to terrorist threats.
Stone served as a FEMA Urban Search and Rescue Volunteer Logistics Manager and Structural Specialist with California Task Force 3. She was deployed to New York City in this capacity in the aftermath of the September 11, 2001 collapse of the World Trade Center.
Hollice Stone received her BS and MS in Civil Engineering from Stanford University, and is a registered Professional Engineer in California.
